When it first arrived, I was immediately impressed with how well it fit the watch body. It securely cradles the device, and I noticed right away that both the buttons and the screen seem exceptionally well protected. Several other buyers seem to feel similarly about the styling, with some mentioning that this case gives the watch a whole new, fantastic look, which I certainly agree with.
The quick delivery was a pleasant bonus, and initial setup was smooth. It definitely feels substantial once mounted.
However, I did run into a snag that significantly impacted my long-term satisfaction with this product. While the main metal component feels solid, the plastic portion that secures the back seems rather fragile. After only a few weeks of regular use, that rear piece actually broke off entirely, rendering the entire bumper useless as a protective cover.
It’s disappointing because, mechanically, the fit was otherwise perfect, and the protection for the front seemed robust. It’s a shame that the component prone to breaking made the whole unit fail so quickly, as other users noted similar fragility issues with the back case.
If you are looking strictly for an immediate visual upgrade and don't mind perhaps reinforcing or replacing the rear clip, this might work temporarily to achieve that bold, metallic aesthetic. However, for robust, long-term protection against drops and impacts, potential buyers should be cautious. For now, due to the breaking plastic bottom, I’d hesitate to give my highest recommendation for everyday heavy use.
Overall, it’s a mixed bag. While the style is fantastic and the fit is great initially, the failure point on the back means this Aluminium Alloy Metal Bumper isn't the long-haul solution I hoped for.
